The term integrative learning was coined by Mr. Jerry Perez de Tagle, the founding President of IL International Incorporated. It was pioneered in Syracuse University, New York in 1986 and gave birth to IL International a year later. It was then brought to Asia and further refined here. Jerry has authored the book Leader as Surfer: Transformational OD Primer for CEOs and Change Agents the Leader as Coach Primer www.LeaderAsSurfer.com. Currently, he is completing his third book, Activating Genius! A Lifestyle of Teaching & Learning: A Trainer’s 7-Step Guidebook. He has also designed a transformational OD program www.TransformationalOD.com. He is the current Chair for Learning and Development for the Organization Development Professional Network (ODPN). He is also the founding Chair of the Education Committee of the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ANZCHAM).
