Alice is an Executive Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator for IL International. She is the "coach of coaches". By rendering over 3,000 hours of life, executive, and mentor coaching services, she had supported the development of people and organizations. She has designed and delivered trainings on coaching skills, leadership, sales, goal setting/achievement, vision/mission, values development, strategic planning and team development. She also carries with her over 15 years of corporate experience in sales and marketing, product and business development, including handling top management positions from chemical trading, food manufacturing, and mapping/telematics industries.
