Sylvia Aguilar
Sylvia is Manager of Human Capital Solutions for IL International, as well as an Executive Coach and Consultant. Her key skills include transformational coaching, NLP, leadership training & development, & project management.

Sylvia is a certified professional coach and group leader with Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professional Coaching. She has had years of cross-cultural and organizational development experience. With a background of HR management for several NGOs in East Africa, she has run numerous training programs, medical camps and leadership seminars. Her engagements include partnering in development programs with UNICEF, WFO, FCF, and the Armed Forces of the Philippines, to name a few. Sylvia has co-designed and facilitated leadership programs for social development mangers and youth leaders in Japan, East Africa and several countries in Europe.

Sylvia earned her vocational college certificates in Childcare, Primary Education, and Christian Counselling through distance learning. She has lived and worked in over 25 countries on 5 continents and speaks English, Japanese and some French. Sylvia is passionate about health, nutrition and running. She is also an early learning & parenting coach. In her coaching, she focuses on work-life balance, while coaching on the business front, for maximum success in all areas.
