Rachel Cabato
Rachel is a Managing Consultant, Executive Coach, Instructional Designer, and Facilitator for IL International. She is committed to support people and organisations in achieving positive, sustainable change and growth. She has extensive experience in guiding managers to enable them to become skilled and confident leaders, and guide their work teams to move forward and achieve a common goal.

Rachel's professional background has been gained with over 20 years as both generalist and specialist in Human Resource development. The HR team she led in a multi-national organization was responsible for Planning and Research, Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, and Industrial Relations.

Some of the programs conducted by Rachel are a variety of skills as well as behaviorally-based programs like Teambuilding, Creativity and Innovation, Work Simplification, Japanese 5S (Housekeeping in the Workplace) Train the Trainers, Strategic Planning, Presentation Skills, Performance Management and Appraisal, Valuing Diversity in the Workplace with national and multinational organizations.

Her experience includes writing training curriculum, training manuals, designing learning exercise materials, creating teaching aids and writing personnel policy manual. She is an executive coach both in government and in multi-national corporations. She is a facilitator for training and development programs in the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and China.

Her work experience ranges from holding corporate positions of Managing Director for the Center for Maximum Performance (1992 to Present) and Human Resource Management Consultant for the Training Institute for Managerial Excellence, Inc. (1992-1998). She was also the Assistant Vice President for the Human Resource Management Department of the American International Group Services Corporation (1982-1992).

Rachel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education major in English and a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Psychology. She is a candidate for Master of Arts in Comparative Literature.
