Our Team  Rachel Cabato Rachel is a Managing Consultant, Executive Coach, Instructional Designer, and Facilitator for IL International. She is a trainer for a wide range of leadership, behavioral and change interventions. She has extensive experience in guiding supervisors and managers in developing talents and enabling them to become skilled and confident leaders. Rachel is committed to supporting people and organizations in achieving positive, sustainable change and growth.
Rachel is both a generalist and specialist in HR with over 20 years of experience in the industry. The HR team she led in a multi-national organization was responsible for Planning and Research, Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, and Industrial Relations. She has designed and conducted a variety of skills-based & behaviour-based programs. These include: Teambuilding, Creativity and Innovation, Work Simplification, Japanese 5S (Housekeeping in the Workplace), Train the Trainers, Presentation Skills, & Valuing Diversity in the Workplace. Over the last 25 years, she has worked with national and multinational organizations in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Her experience includes writing training curriculums, training manuals, designing learning exercise materials, creating teaching aids and personnel policy manuals.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education major in English and a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Psychology. She is a candidate for Master of Arts in Comparative Literature. She has been a stage actress from elementary to graduate school and has served as editor-in-chief for various newsletters. |
