Ma. Liza V. Fresnido
Liz is Director of Human Capital Solutions and Development Partners for IL International, as well as a Managing Consultant, Executive Coach, and Facilitator. Managing a career mostly devoted to being a "Strategic Generalist" in Human Resources, Liz' strengths include competencies in Training and Development, Compensation Planning, Design & Administration, Job Evaluation, Competency-Based Human Resource Systems, Performance and Career Management Systems and other Organizational Development interventions.

A hands-on Organizational Development and Human Resources Practitioner with 25 years of work experience, Liz has mostly worked with multinational corporations in the private sector occupying the topmost and highest level positions in Human Resources Management. She also worked in the public sector, specifically for the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) as the Vice President of the Human Resources Office. She also held various positions in different development projects implemented through foreign aid/funding for government agencies and local government units. She has co-designed and facilitated various HROD development programs from 1993 to the present, e.g., Organizational Diagnosis and OD Interventions, Strategic Planning Workshop, Teambuilding, Coaching, EQ Workshop, Maintaining Employee Discipline, Values Communication and Integration Workshop, Company Vision and Mission Workshop, and Time Management Workshop for her various clients and for other consulting firms she is currently affiliated with.

Liz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of San Carlos.
