Cookie is National Director for Operations and Finance for IL Institute. She has extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Training and has been conducting trainings for the past few years.

Cookie served as the Human Resource Director of Western Watts Philippines, Inc. and has worked in Guthrie-Jensen Consultants, Inc. as a Consultant specializing in Organizational Development.

Cookie graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor's Degree in Commerce major in Computer Science. She holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
