Alicia Serna
Alice is an Executive Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator for IL International. She is the "coach of coaches". By rendering over 3,000 hours of life, executive, and mentor coaching services, she has supported the development of countless people and organizations. Alice has designed and delivered trainings on coaching skills, leadership, sales, goal setting/achievement, vision/mission, values development, strategic planning and team development. She also carries with her over 15 years of corporate experience in sales and marketing, product and business development, including handling top management positions from chemical trading, food manufacturing, and mapping/telematics industries.

Alice is the president of Philippine Navigation & Tracking Solutions, Inc. Since 1998, she has been a Lead Facilitator of the PSI Starshooters Leadership Development/Coaching Program. In 2008, she was the Lead Facilitator of the Maritime Industry policy-making forum/dialogue aimed at ensuring the Philippine's world leadership in the supply of seafarers. The forum was attended by the industry federations' officers and stakeholders (manning, legal, labor, education and medical) and directors of various government agencies (POEA, OWA, Marina, PRC, TESDA, CHED, DFA, DOLE).

Alice earned her degree in Chemical Engineering from UST and took post graduate studies in Business Administration, Strategic Marketing and Internet Marketing from DLSU, UP (ISMSI), and AIM, respectively. In pursuit of continuous growth, Alice has completed various courses, including PSI Leadership Courses, Ropes Facilitation Courses, Anthony Robbins' "Unleash the Power Within", Robert Kiyosaki's "You Can Choose To Be Rich" and the Transcendental Meditation Siddhi Invincibility Course (Yogic Flying Meditation). She was once an active officer of the Junior Chamber Philippines (Pasig Chapter).
