High Impact Training: T2T Licensing Program

Learning is a key competency that drives organizational growth and profit. Creating a culture of continuous learning and innovation provides a competitive advantage that builds the people assets of the Bank. 

What is proposed is an efficient and systematic program that helps create a learning culture by using the Integrative Learning (IL) System as a leverage.  

IL is a learning and training methodology that uses Multiple Intelligence theory for designing and delivering high impact training programs. IL can also be used as a driving technology for Organization Development-change management.  

A technology transfer program is proposed where designated trainers will be licensed by Integrative Learning International. This Licensing Agreement would cover a Train To Train (T2T) Course for trainers.  Dissemination of the skills, modeling the  learning culture, as well as delivery of the course Creating High Impact Training: 7 Step Instructional Design would be spearheaded by the licensed trainers. The management and staff would be the participants in a company-wide program.
