Integrative Learning International, Inc. is an international training and consulting firm with 25 years of cutting edge and transformational experience in alternative learning strategies. Using a comprehensive and contemporary learning system that is holistic and results oriented, IL provides both the means and the end to an organization's performance enhancement requirements.

Our Founder

A thought leader in Transformational OD applications that deliver rapid, measurable business results with minimum 10x ROI, Jerry is the founding President and CEO of IL International. As a CEO Executive Coach, he works with rapidly developing CEO second liners to accelerate their competence in the role. Jerry is a well published writer & expert in Transformational OD and Instructional Design.
 
Jerry gave the name 'Integrative Learning' (IL) to a learner-focused and 'genius-activating' methodology that creates measurable and transformational results with individuals and organizations. Formerly HR Director with Syracuse Hilton Hotels in New York, he went on to pioneer Integrative Learning at Syracuse University in 1986, where he was a faculty member of the Centre for the Study of Learning and Retention. A year later he founded IL International. Integrative Learning is now also a Carnegie Foundation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integrative_learning initiative with 200+ colleges and universities in the US.
Chosen as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneurs of 2009 by Entrepreneur Magazine, Jerry has also authored two books: Leader as Surfer: Transformational OD Primer for CEOs, and Change Agents: The Leader as Coach Primer. He is currently completing his third book, Activating Genius! A Lifestyle of Teaching & Learning: A Trainer's 7-Step Guidebook.

IL International Business Units

IL Human Capital Solutions(HCS)
The ILHCS is the original business unit of IL International and has been operating for the last 17 years www.IntegrativeLearning.com. Its focus is to capacitate private organizations, corporations and multinational companies to allow them to multiply their growth. ILHCS has worked with Unilever in 11 countries for the last fifteen years. Other clients include CitiGroup, Procter and Gamble, and PASAR.
IL Development Partners(DP)
The ILDP looks at and addresses the capability building needs of government, and non-government organizations www.IntegrativeLearning.com. IL has partnered with the Philippines - Australia Human Resource Development Facility (PAHRDF), funded by Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) on 11 projects with partner institutions such as:
  • Training on Strengthening the Provincial Government of Bohol's Performance Management and Evaluation System
  • Developing a Pool of Trainers for Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur
  • Capacity Building for the Local Government Academy in Alternative Learning Strategies for Effective Workplace Training
  • Capacity Building of Middle Management for Effective Leadership and Service Delivery for the Office of the Ombudsman
  • Development of a Comprehensive Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Process Business System
  • Development of a Performance Evaluation System for the Judiciary (Supreme Court of the Philippines)
  • Enhancing the Capability to Develop Competency Standards and Competency-Based Curriculum of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
  • Effective Implementation and Management of Chamber and Industry Associations Advocacy Programs for the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (DCCCII)
  • Development of Technopreneurship Course for Davao City Colleges and Universities for the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (DCCCII)

IL has also lent its organizational assessment expertise to Philippines-Australia Local Governance Development Program (PA-LGDP, AusAID) through its endeavour on Organizational Assessment and Design in support of the Provincial Government of Bohol's Organizational Re-engineering Process.
Through its extensive and innovative capability building experiences, IL successfully assisted the Local Governance Support Program in ARMM (LGSPA), funded by Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), in creating Breakthrough: Personal and Team Mastery Towards Achieving Success. It has also worked with the ACT for Peace Programme of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in developing a stronger and more cohesive team.
