This course, OUT OF THE BOX THINKING: Practical Creativity & Workplace Innovation is designed to directly add value to the business. Specific techniques are intended to be practiced everyday in the workplace.

 During the two days, participants will delve not so much into innovation theory but go into hands-on creation and application that will directly impact their work. The results are presented to Senior Management with a calculation of the economic value potential for each proposal. This is learning-by-doing.
